We are currently shipping to destinations within Canada and the United States. 

We strive to ensure all orders are shipped within the specified time frame but cannot guarantee or be held accountable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Coco & Kane Candles is not responsible for delivery delays on part of the shipping couriers used. Please use your tracking number provided and follow-up with the couriers directly regarding any delivery or delay issues.

Local delivery is available within a 20km radius of Hamilton, ON Canada for a flat rate. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery, you will be notified via email and/or text message with local delivery updates.
